Jumping!

Took the bus with Isabella to the stadium. She went to school. Lol. Jevaun, Edlyn and PinZhang(Wtf) were in the bus. haha. When i arrived at the stadium I only saw coach and Sunil (emo-ing) listening to his music. Then next was Alastair. Then that Jia Min came and kept babbling none stop. Then Joel I think. Then the rest came. But not many people today. About...16 people or something? I'm the only P6 girl which was really cool lol.

Coach split us into 3 teams. Long/Mid distance people (about 5?) are called "Sunil's gang" according to coach. lol. Then the long-jumpers (me, Hamizan and Hizakim). Then the rest with Daniel. Short D people. about eight of them. So I told Hamizan "We go and beat that gang up first then beat that one." Lol.

Long jumpers did one set of short distance workout.

Hamizan is good man. His long jump. He told me Issy's joke about sand flies. Lol.

Shitz man I can't jump properly. My steps are like, 85 and three-quarters?! Actually, I was counting it correctly then suddenly at the three-quarters part coach suddenly stopped me so I forgot the number and said 85. WTH but it should be around there. Eighties. My first jumo was good according to coach. But my next i dont know 15 or so (?!) were terrible. The first one, I got sand all over my face! The left side of my face landed on the sand but coach always says this, "You don't want to get dirty you go and join dancing." lmao. Coach said my sprints are not constant so my jumping and the steppings not that accurate. And coach made me start off with right foot when I'm so used to left foot.

Before jogging, Hamizan and Hizakim and I have to get rid of the sand. I think mine has the most sand. When I poured out my pile on Hamizan's, it was like a mini mountain. Haha.

Pains and torture in track
1. Shane cried cos' he's painful at i-don't-know-where.
2. Sunil cried cos he had stomach pains after striding and didn't run most of the time. He just sat there and stared at the track.
3. This is just tired la. Almost everyone walked at the cool down run. Only the long-jumpers, Sunil and 2 or so ran. The rest all walked. Including Daniel!!!

After track I ran all the way to the 7-11 and got myself uh... fruit juice from fruit tree. Rocks. Then the cashier was damn friendly. He asked me, "Wah so tired! I see you look so tired all the time!" Something like that lol. Then I went, "Training!" Haha. And he said, "You only?" Cos I'm only like, his second customer from track. lol. So friendly la! Most 7-11 cashiers are like Squidwards!

After drinking I was still thirsty. So I went to Sweet Talk for chocolate ice blend. Not bad la. Walao this is the second time the aunty give me black face. Is it such a painful job to pour some liquid into a blender and blend that you have to talk to me like that?! HUH, WOMAN?! lol!

When I got on the bus, the same people from this morning were there. Bella was pissed cos she wanted to jump (she didnt turn up for two of the jump trainings). Jevaun, Bella and PinZhang alighted my stop. Jevaun PinZhang walked the direction towards my house. PinZhang wanted to get into Regent Heights. I told him not to. When he opened the gate I turned to the security guard and shouted "Security guard! He doesn't live here and always (really) come here!" He has tuition here but not today la lol. Security guard said something I couldn't hear. And Jevaun was laughing like a retard. PinZhang was nervous and backed away from the gate. roflol!
What the hell there's another of those website things sent through MSN. Shitass.

Yesterday after tuition I went to mama shop. I bought a grape F&N can, Jack and Jill garlic and onion chips, double decker crackers (or whatever its called) and a chips more special thing. Lol. Uncle was on the phone with someone so I had to stand there for quite a long time. After that he told me that it's some business person wanting to sell things to him. lol. He even asked me how to spell bukit batok which means that bastard business person doesnt even know whats bukit batok! Asswipe! Total cost for all those items is $2.10 but he charged me $2. He gave me that discount willingly! Lol.

Track training will be on Saturday and Tuesday. First week of school. I want to get Emerald and Calvin to stay back and accompany me. Lol. It would have happened at the last week of school. But Calvin was like, "Uh, next week can?" "Walao next week holiday la!" Lmao. I shall ask them Monday. (Oh yeah Monday!)

Tomorrow I'm really gonna give my all for training man. I don't give a damn how tired I am! (Ye today I was pretty pathetic cos I was extremely tired. Couldn't sleep last night. I only had 5 hourse or so of sleep! And it was interrupted by... I dont know what! After I bathed I went to sleep straight away that my mother thought I was sick. Lol.)
