I thought of the best way to commit suicide for a tracker! It is to run around the track non-stop for more that one or two hours until you start foaming at your mouth and your feet have this burning sensation. Then your legs give way and you collapse on the floor with vomit/foam coming out of your mouth. Then your vision gets blurry and you die.

Yay Tuesday got training! Shit, you know I can't sleep at night cos' I kept thinking about it? And it's as if I would have a heart attack or sth. Before PSLE, my mother was like, "Aiya, do your best can already." Now, she says, "If you don't do well you don't go to the party." wtf.
